hooters, Their, Away, Practices, hiring

How does Hooters get away with their hiring practices?

I am a young male, so I am not complaining about them nor do I wish to get a job at Hooters. This question is strictly out of curiosity and boredom.

The law (at least in California) states that employers may not discriminate based on age, sex, etc. So how do Hooters restaurants get away with only hiring young, attractive, well-endowed women as servers? What loophole have they found that allows them to do it?

Who cares! No-one wants to see ugly, fat, or flat-chested women walking around in tank tops and short shorts serving you hot wings!!!!!!!
