How come kids are so dumb when it comes to sex and pregnancy?

When i went to school we were taught all about sex education...

so how come kids today still try the ''pull-out method'' and then ask "could i have got her pregnant?"
I remember in school that issue was delt with directly, we were told stuff like the pull out method and other absurd rumors dont work...and also common sense comes into play about 90% of them

kids these days seem dumber than when i went to school...

why are kids so dumb? are they getting dumber?
